Rangecon was engaged to deliver the Speedway Road Village Construction Project, providing design and construction services for major new accommodation and supporting infrastructure.
The project showcases Rangecon’s capability in managing large-scale civil and village developments safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Scope of works:
- Construction of 450 new accommodation rooms
- Installation of a commercial kitchen and dry mess facility
- Development of a fully equipped gym and multipurpose sports court
- Construction of outdoor shelters, walkways and recreation areas
- Associated civil works, including earthworks, roads, drainage and service connections
